 1) This file exists:

 tor-browser_en-
 US-7.0.8/Browser/TorBrowser/Data/Browser/profile.default/storage/default/https+++riot.im^privateBrowsingId=1&firstPartyDomain=riot.im

 2) After unchecking and restarting, it appears the file above is deleted,
 however the setting in preferences automatically goes back to checked.

 Leaving it checked, I log in and reproduce the crash.
