Comment:

 I've got no plans to do this like this.  If we moved to another backend,
 it might be libphenom, or libuv, or who knows, maybe even tokio-core.  But
 anything we did here is likely to start with investigation and
 refactoring, not with a choice of library.

 Also, libphenom doesn't seem to support windows.  So probably it wouldn't
 be the one for us.
