 `network.dns.blockDotOnion` is set to `false` in Firefox but we might need
 to set it to `true` in Tor Browser for transparent proxying. At least that
 is indicated by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1228457#c18.
 We should investigate that.
