 hiro, can you rename the sources to `op-$cc` with `$cc` being the country
 code where the instance is running in as discussed at the last team
 meeting?

 And can you check why https://37.218.247.40/ is still empty?

 And what's the URL for the third instance, or did you not set that up yet?
