 Ah, I just ''copied'' all release tarballs to a new directory:
 https://dist.torproject.org/metrics-lib/. I guess we'll call the next
 tarball `metrics-lib-2.0.0.tar.gz`. But we'll want to keep distributing
 the older tarballs (and not rename them). Does that make sense? Would you
 want to change any links, so that they point to the new directory?
