 Did some updated to our release procedures document regarding signing
 (commit a6a9e1a534e8d14f511401f7cbd915f410ad2174 and the fix-up commit
 f8890fccbb3b5349c869760bc18a6dd610667393) and updated the authenticode
 signing documentation (commit 9083e9cfec88befc9c566ba7d2b555c8e867738a).
 That's enough for now I think.
