Comment:

 Yes. This is likely "caused" by #21865: JIT was still enabled due to a bug
 in our code but that is gone now. I am inclined to mark this as wont fix
 as there is probably nothing we can do without enabling JIT again.
 However, I'll mark this as duplicate of #21298 for now. Maybe we find a
 better solution.
