 isis: Sounds great to me. I also included some thoughts on such a dir-spec
 patch in [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/22207#comment:15
 this comment on #22207]. Would you want to write the patch, and I do a
 first review before it goes to nickm or whoever else reviews/merges
 torspec patches?
