 Orbot:

 Uncheck ReachablePort.
 Scan QR from bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs4

 Result:
 Same. Orbot never try to connect using proxy server I specified.
 Sometimes, Orbot immediately turns into green, but this is a lie because
 proxy server didn't log orbot's access, and you can't connect anything via
 orbot.
