Comment:

 Thanks for this testing, really appreciated. There is no default windows
 site of 1000x600px. All that Tor Browser is supposed to do is rounding to
 the nearest multiple of 200px (for width) and 100px (for height). Having
 that in mind the behavior you observed seems to be not so bad anymore
 although it is still distinctive (the width of your windows is wrongly
 rounded).
