 I'll remove the iptables section

 reasoning:
 - let's keep packet filtering out of scope for this guide
 - the iptables ruleset make assumptions on ORPort/DirPort/SSH port that
 are not consistent with the rest of the guide
 - we should not assume that people only run the tor service on their
 servers
 - if we have iptables we would also have to add pf for non-Linux systems

 Please raise any objections you might have.
