 I think is pretty clear when you have 3 options.

 [ ] I will select a built-in bridge [i]
 [ ] I would like to request a bridge
 [ ] I have a trusted bridge

 If the user request for a bridge, the Captcha should appear.

         CAPTCHA section - horizontal layout

 Agreed about the horizontal layout, works better for sure.
