 It's a pristine, minimal installation, except that:
 - ssh is installed and root has some authkeys,
 - hoster's DNS sucks, so:
  - installed unbound
  - told dhcpclient to not believe other nameservers
 - set up lvm, mounted a volumne on /srv and bind mounted /home
