New description:

 After updating to 6.5a3, OSX returns an error when trying to open the Tor
 Browser: `The application “TorBrowser” can’t be opened.`

 Testing from terminal:

 $ open /Applications/TorBrowser.app
 LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file
 /Applications/TorBrowser.app.
 }}}

 OXS version: 10.11.6

 I was able to reproduce the issue with a clean install of 6.5a2 in a
 different directory.
