 Sounds like you noticed it while it was rebooting to get a new kernel.

 I'm going to close this ticket since it is no longer the case that the
 blog server is down.

 (I assume you meant blog, not log, since there is no log. I think.)

 That said, #20158 is still an open ticket alas.
