Comment:

 I had a quick browse around, and to me the site looks similar no matter if
 the ruleset is on or not, so it would appear that this one has fixed
 itself over time. Closing as such, but please reopen if it remains
 problematic. In that case, a link for a page with breakage would be
 helpful in nailing the issue.
