 https://bridges.torproject.org/keys
 shows an expiration date of {{{2015-09-11}}}.

 Is there a newer key? Is this key used for signing or encrypting or
 something bridgedb responses?

 (I don't have a gmail or yahoo or riseup account so I can't, or at least
 don't know how to, get bridgedb to respond to me in any way, to confirm
 whether it's really using this key for something.)

 Reported by a user on #tor who said "The Public key is expired for the
 bridge emailer, can whoever is incharge update the key pair please."
