 Hmm, here's the error message I get:

 > 12:05:54,595 |-WARN in ch.qos.logback.classic.LoggerContext[default] -
 Resource [logback.xml] occurs multiple times on the classpath.

 A quick search for that message shows that we probably shouldn't be
 shipping a `logback.xml` in the .jar.  Maybe this requires more time after
 the release.

 How about we take out the section about "Changing logging options" for now
 to unblock the release?
