Comment:

 That's actually a more generic problem: even if I maximize the browser
 window and then either restart or hit `New Identity` I get those results.
 And this is not Tor Browser 5.5 related.

 It does not get fixed by #19459 either (I tested v11) even though the new
 dimensions look more like 990x589 or 998x591.
