Comment:

 The code we ship is the one wanted to ship. So, we are not shipping the
 wrong TorLauncher in that sense. I forgot to update the version shown on
 about:addons. This got fixed in 505321f54ced353ce3851baa2e65f81c6e9759a4
 but I did not retag and include the updated version. :(
