Comment:

 The extra args including `iat-mode` are specific to obfs4 and should not
 be part of the tor man page, especially since it's an entirely separate
 piece of software.

 That said, the documentation for the bridge line could clarify that,
 transports can add arbitrary things to the bridge line.
