Comment:

 Hi Tom. Stem should support everything in the consensus. I keep an eye for
 additions to the dir-spec. For shared randomness see the attributes with
 'shared_randomness' in the name of the
 [https://stem.torproject.org/api/descriptor/networkstatus.html#stem.descriptor.networkstatus.NetworkStatusDocumentV3
 NetworkStatusDocumentV3 class].

 As for things like 'recommended-client-protocols' I see no mention of it
 in the [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/dir-spec.txt dir-
 spec]. If it's in tor it should be added, and our process for ensuring the
 spec is up to date improved.
