 > It's something about local(transport)/isp/state thing, it's not about
 obfs4 code maybe.

 Locally inspired failure for my setup (windows + polipo as proxy), no isp
 was involved for this case:
 > [WARN]: obfs4([scrubbed]:49230) - closed connection: framing: Poly1305
 tag mismatch

 No any failures for local setup with some linux.
