 Interesting background info!

 add 1. 194.109.206.212 is now behaving only 200 and 404. So, no need to
 exclude it.
 add 2. I turned off the `DownloadAll...` properties in order to see, what
 will change here.
 add 3. There are no Exceptions logged. Only the occasional "Could not
 parse" warning (cf. ticket #19170). therefor I didn't change the
 compression setting. I also want to first see some results of the change
 to the downloadall settings in 2.


 More soon.
