 I forgot to mention, I had to increase the size of the base VMs from 15360
 to 25600 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/gitian-

 builder-4&id=ae90ac520dbdf6b1267b099b654b58352ee86ef0#n194 here], or else
 there wasn't enough space for the webrtc source code and compiled code.
 That change isn't reflected in the patches in comment:1.
