 Please close tor-operations email list.

 We would like to have a new list open called vegas-leads - you can add me
 (isabela) and Roger as admins for this list.

 So:

 list name: vegas-leads

 list admins: isabela at torproject.org and arma at mit.edu

 list description: Vegas team leads coordination email list
