 DATA_OUTSIDE_APP_DIR=1. Maybe add DATA_OUTSIDE_APP_DIR=1 to
 versions.nightly?

 Yeah, while I added the proper meek tag I forgot about that one. Fixing
 this produces a working bundle for me.
