 Some sites I've come across take forever to load in Tor Browser but load
 fine in normal browsers like Chrome. They keep loading and loading and
 then fail then I have to keep refreshing until they eventually work.
 Sometimes it works immediately, sometimes it takes one refresh at times
 even more - why?
