 If `tor` fails to start during start of `tor-browser` a directory
 `Browser.bak` is created next to `Browser` without any feedback why this
 directory is created and what it purpose is. It'd make sense to display a
 dialog after the directory is detected which explains what the state of
 the application is and what the user can do with `Browser.bak` (delete,
 replace `Browser` in cause of failure (which?), fetch settings, ...).

 experienced with `tor-browser` 6.0.1
