 Currently we have Ubuntu packages built and uploaded to a personal PPA.
 This means that the only person that can perform uploads is me, and if I
 get hit by a bus or extraordinary rendition then all the URLs need to
 change. This is suboptimal.

 From time to time it may also be necessary to have backports present for
 the dependencies, for example a recent version of txtorcon is required for
 the latest ooniprobe. These would need to be present in the repository for
 suites that do not have a recent version.

 My fingerprint is 1F72 607C 5FF2 CCD5 3F01 600D 56FF 9EA4 E984 6C49 and
 this key is available in the Debian keyring. (Debian username is irl).

 weasel has raised the question: "one question is whether we want new
 suites for just ooni, or whether we want to put it in the same suites as
 tor" which may need discussion. I am happy for this to work in either way.
