 Have you checked your download did not get tampered with? See:
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/verifying-signatures.html.en. If you still
 get that error after making sure the .exe you downloaded is the expected
 one, then this is an issue with AVG. In either way it is no Tor Browser
 bug.
