Comment:

 To get your ssh key added, please submit it to db.torproject.org using
 signed mail.  See https://db.torproject.org/doc-mail.html and in
 particular the very bottom of that page.

 To then get commit access to that repo, please have one of the current
 maintainers ask for you to get

 For git, the legind user already is in the @https-everywhere group, and so
 has access to the https-everywhere repo.
