 There remains a mildly confusing log message during bootstrap and probably
 every time we get new dir info once bootstrapped:

 }}}
 It looks like this went in during commit 2797fd8f, which went into
 0.2.3.2-alpha as part of #2798.

 I think maybe we want to leave this message in place though, as it's maybe
 useful to expert users who set EntryNodes. (Sorry, it is still the case
 that if you set EntryNodes, you're an expert user.)
