 Hi toralf, this is normal. If your relay doesn't know about a relay with
 fingerprint 'abc' then tor fails with "GETINFO request contained
 unrecognized keywords: desc/id/abc". It's a sucky error message, but
 that's what tor gives us.

 Ideally you would only see that DescriptorUnavailable error but python3
 doesn't yet provide a method to suppress exception chaining...
