Comment:

 I can't think if any use cases where duplicating log messages would be a
 desirable behaviour. But it is the behaviour documented in the tor man
 page.

 Rather than de-duplicating, we could at least warn if tor detects the same
 log option listed twice.

 (It's not always possible to tell, what if /var/log/tor and
 /private/var/log/tor are the same file?)
