 I use https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/vidalia-bundles
 /vidalia-relay-bundle-0.2.4.23-0.2.21.exe　(https://archive.torproject.org
 /tor-package-archive/vidalia-bundles/vidalia-relay-
 bundle-0.2.4.23-0.2.21.exe.asc).

 But, I used to change the tor to
 https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/5.5/tor-win32-0.2.7.6.zip
 (https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/5.5/tor-
 win32-0.2.7.6.zip.asc).
