Comment:

 This isn't a vidalia problem (which should not be used for anything as it
 is totally unmaintained and no longer supported), but an issue with your
 version of tor.

 It looks like `maatuska` missed voting.  Since the directory authorities
 have changed since 0.2.4.23 was released, failures like this are basically
 inevitable, and will continue to happen unless you update your tor to
 something more recent (which is a good idea anyway because there have been
 numerous security fixes in the last two and a half years).
