 For a first try, I made screenshots for the Russian locale. Here's my
 patch for review:
 https://github.com/arthuredelstein/tb-user-manual/commit/russian_images

 Note that I only made localized versions of images that are shown on the
 website; I ignored some additional images in the repo.

 I built it and it seems to be working:
