I found a Tor exit in kz.

Some initial testing seems to reproduce what's already been described:
bootstrapping stalls around 25%. I set up an hourly cron job to try
bootstrapping various obfs4 bridges through the kz exit and through a
control exit (tor in tor). I want to see how often the connection fails,
whether there's correlation with time of day, etc.
