 While looking at
 https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/B99AC17620737BC58FF386E6D641DF1FA761666A
 the relay with IP 47.90.81.244 is reported as Canada.

 Doing a "geoiplookup" report Hong Kong using the updated database from
 http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz
 .

 This lead to think that the geoip database being used by Atlas is
 outdated.
