 OS: Windows 7
 Firewall: Private Fire Wall 7.0
 Tor files: Located on a thumb drive.

 Cannot connect to web when firewall is running, when firewall is shutdown
 I can connect to the web. If I try to access Tor with firewall running, I
 get a microsoft error problem with file path or permissions.
