 Another option for improved usability is to add a keyboard shortcut for
 opening the green onion menu.

 (Did we intentionally choose not to do this step, for example because we
 don't want to make it so easy to script a bazillion clicks to 'new
 identity'? I could see this one going either way. But let's give our
 sight-impaired users some good consideration first.)
