 I've submitted a [https://github.com/TheTorProject/ooni-probe/pull/413
 pull request (413)] with an module implementing an initial version of the
 OpenVPN test. My Github account is currently suspended for 'not being
 human' and the pull request is not currently visible. It should be visible
 again soon
