 Okay, I just made you the only owner of the GetTor component, ilv.  We
 should make sure that somebody gets notified of new tickets, and you can
 always re-assign tickets to other folks as needed.  I'll also create a
 test ticket in a minute, please post here whether you received email for
 that.
