 I think this is pretty much required for 0.2.7.x <3

 manpage: "in all cases, keypairs are recorded" is not correct when we
 reject a keypair

 Not related to any changed code, I think we're counting lines incorrectly
 after the comment
     /* Is it the right length?  (The -1 here is for the newline.) */

 We increase the n_corrup_lines counter without increasing the n_entries
 counter, like we do below.

 I didn't spot anything else
