 Yes, I think so. Or you need someone to install WoW64. As far as I know,
 the Tor Browser team does not have any near-term plans to provide a 64-bit
 Tor Browser for Windows.

 Is it common to remove the WoW64 subsystem on Windows 10? I assume the
 main reason someone would do that would be to avoid any chance that 32-bit
 malware could run.
