 There is a mailing list for this already, and a list of mirrors is already
 on torproject.org. Discussions on mirror availability and trustworthiness
 take place on the mailing list. Many of the mirrors are already hosted by
 companies that provide valuable services, making it less likely that
 censors will block them.
