Comment:

 There is no Tor Browser for any make of smartphone yet, although
 development is being discussed [https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail
 /tbb-dev/2015-July/000294.html here]. Also, in general, I have extreme
 concerns that the "here's a QR with a link to a Tor Browser download"
 method would present vector ripe for targeted exploitation.

 But I like that you're thinking about this. The ticket for brainstorming
 these changes is #7522. Closing as a duplicate.
