 I think the only reason was that the elements were being referenced in the
 `themes.js` file as well, so I thought instead of removing them from two
 places, just remove the value and the calling code becomes irrelevant. If
 you think I should remove from both XUL and JS files, let me know but I
 didn't do it as it was serving our purpose.
