 When I do "ooniprobe -i /usr/share/ooni/decks/fast_no_root.deck" on
 ooniprobe 1.3.1-2 (from the stretch deb), among the complaints I get are a
 bit pile of

 loaded
 }}}

 I do indeed have the geoip-database deb installed (version 20150317-1).

 At one point in the middle, it gives a bit more detail:

 A) There's a missing newline in this log line.

 B) ls -la /usr/share/GeoIP shows

 }}}

 So, what's missing?
